MARIVELES, Bataan — The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) presented investment opportunities at the Freeport to members of the German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GPCCI) during a company visit to BFD Global Footwear Manufacturing Inc.

The presentation covered the Freeport’s investment environment, key industries and opportunities for local and foreign businesses, particularly in manufacturing and other industrial activities.

Representatives from Siemens Inc., PV² Energie Philippines Inc. and Stamm International Inc. joined the visit, which also provided the delegation an opportunity to learn about BFD Global Footwear’s operations.

AFAB used the engagement to introduce the Freeport’s investment offerings to GPCCI member companies and discuss opportunities for businesses planning to establish or expand operations in the Philippines.

The activity formed part of AFAB’s efforts to engage with business organizations and promote the Freeport Area of Bataan as a potential location for industrial and commercial investments. (AFAB Press Release)
