CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — The Social Security System (SSS) Luzon Central 2 Division reached 797 employers during a simultaneous Employers’ Link and Learn Forum held by its 10 branches on September 30, 2026.

The activity focused on employers’ responsibilities under the Social Security Act, including registration, employee reporting, and the timely remittance of contributions.

SSS Luzon Central 2 Division Vice President Gloria Corazon M. Andrada said proper compliance helps ensure that workers maintain their SSS coverage and remain eligible for benefits.

“Employer compliance goes beyond fulfilling a legal requirement. Every employee who is properly reported and every contribution correctly and promptly remitted translates into meaningful social security protection for workers and their families,” Andrada said.

The forums also covered SSS digital services, including Payment Reference Number (PRN) generation, the Disbursement Account Enrollment Module (DAEM), and the online filing of sickness and maternity benefit applications.

The division said the simultaneous forums were part of its efforts to provide employers with information on their SSS obligations and available digital services. (SSS Luzon Central 2 Press Release)
