CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga – The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) significantly improved its Crime Solution Efficiency (CSE) during the first half of 2026, posting a rate of 76.59 percent, up by 5.79 percentage points from the 72.40 percent recorded in the second half of 2025.
The improved performance reflects the intensified investigative efforts and strengthened coordination among police units across Central Luzon in solving criminal cases and bringing offenders before the courts.
The accomplishment was presented by Police Colonel Robert Domingo, chief of the Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division (RIDMD), during a command briefing with PRO3 Regional Director Police Brig. General Jess B. Mendez.
Domingo attributed the higher crime solution rate to the sustained dedication of investigators and operating units throughout the region.
“Every crime is pursued relentlessly until solved,” Domingo said.
Mendez, meanwhile, emphasized the importance of collaboration among Police Provincial Offices, City Police Offices, Regional Support Units, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), and other operating units in sustaining the region’s gains in crime investigation and case resolution.
He said unified efforts among law enforcement units ensure that criminals have no safe haven in Central Luzon and that every case is addressed through coordinated and professional police work.
Mendez added that the improved crime solution efficiency reflects PRO3’s commitment to the Philippine National Police’s thrust of delivering responsive, professional, and community-oriented police service.
To sustain its gains, PRO3 continues to strengthen its investigative capability through continuous training, capability enhancement, and closer coordination among its operating units to further improve crime clearance and crime solution performance across the region.
Guided by its commitment to “Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat, at Nararamdaman,” PRO3 said it remains steadfast in ensuring that justice is served while keeping Central Luzon safe for law-abiding citizens and hostile to criminal elements. (Jason de Asis)
