CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Two High-Value Individuals (HVIs) were arrested while more than Php1 million worth of suspected shabu was confiscated during an anti-illegal drug operation conducted in Candaba, Pampanga on May 26, 2026.

Joint operatives from the Pampanga Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU), Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU), and Candaba Municipal Police Station carried out the buy-bust operation in Barangay Mandasig at around 8:23 p.m. in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region 3.

Authorities recovered approximately 155 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of Php1,054,000, including several sachets allegedly sold during the operation.

The suspects were informed of their constitutional rights and brought to the PDEU office for proper documentation and disposition of evidence.
