AURORA — Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) Director, Police Brig. General Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr., led the blessing ceremony of newly donated motorcycles and bicycles at the Aurora Police Provincial Office (APPO), Camp Captain Julian Olivas Ravina, Barangay Sabang, Baler, Aurora, on Friday morning, October 24, 2025.
The symbolic turnover aims to enhance police mobility and strengthen community-based policing operations across Aurora province. The additional units are expected to improve the capacity of local police stations to respond promptly to emergencies, conduct patrols in remote areas, and boost police visibility within communities.
In his message, Police Brig. General Peñones Jr. underscored the importance of logistical support in sustaining effective law enforcement and public service.
“These motorcycles and bicycles represent more than just mobility — they symbolize accessibility, readiness, and our continuing commitment to serve our communities with speed, sincerity, and compassion,” he said.
The PRO3 regional director further emphasized that the initiative aligns with the PNP Focused Agenda under Acting Chief, PNP Police Lt. General Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., particularly the thrusts on Enhanced Managing Police Operations (EMPO) and Strengthening Community Partnership.

Through this initiative, the Philippine National Police continues to reinforce its operational efficiency and deepen its connection with the public — promoting a safer, more secure, and service-oriented community in Aurora Province and across Central Luzon. (Jason de Asis)
