The exciting elimination round of the SM Super Spelling Bee recently took place at SM City Olongapo Central, showcasing the spelling skills and confidence of young participants ages 10-12 years old from 19 different schools in Olongapo City.
After a challenging series of rounds, one outstanding winner emerged victorious, Jaden Calix Panzo, grade 6 student of Columban College, earning the coveted spot to represent Olongapo in the Grand Finals of the SM Super Spelling Bee, which will be held at SM Mall of Asia.
The competition highlighted not only the academic excellence of the students but also SM’s continued commitment to providing platforms that encourage learning while giving them a chance to shine and make memories they’ll always cherish.

After a successful debut last year, this year’s competition brings together 40 participating SM Supermalls nationwide. This year’s edition is extra special as SM Supermalls celebrates its 40th year, a milestone that reflects its continued growth and dedication to creating spaces where families can learn, connect, and enjoy meaningful experiences. In this new era, SM Supermalls continues evolving with you, making every visit more than just a day at the mall.

The event is made extra special thanks to the support of National Book Store, National University, Power Mac Center, and Jollibee—partners who believe in the power of learning, reading, and giving kids the confidence to reach for their dreams. (PR)
