Cdr. Divino Jore, former FPAO Director Lt. Giovanni Badidles, at NOB-Subic Press Corps President Jerry Uy upang mabuo ang organisasyon.
“This initiative strengthens the relationship between the PF and the media, promoting a cooperative environment for the timely, accurate, and transparent dissemination of information on the Fleet’s and other Philippine Navy units’ activities, accomplishments, and initiatives,” pahayag ni Resuello sa kanyang mensahe.
