Ang Pahayagan

SUBIC BAY FREEPORT—Isinelebra ng Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)-Zambales ang Consumer Welfare Month sa pamamagitan ng DTI Bagwis Establishment Program kung saan kinikilala ang mga natatanging retail at service establishments na nagtataguyod ng pinakamataas na antas ng etika sa pagnenegosyo at kunikilala sa karapatan ng mga mamimili.

Naging bahagi din sa selebrasyon ang pagkilala sa mga nagsipagwagi sa E-Guhit Poster Making Contest at Spoken Poetry Contest, sa isang simpleng programa na ginawa sa Ayala Malls Harbor Point ng Subic Bay Freeport.

Layunin ng programang DTI Bagwis Establishments na itaguyod ng mga negosyante ang patas at tapat na kasanayan sa negosyo sa pamamagitan ng boluntaryong self regulation at matiyak na ang de kalidad at ligtas na mga produkto, serbisyo sa abot kayang presyo na mabibili ng mga konsyumer.

Kabilang sa ginawaran ng DTI Zambales ng Gold Bagwis award ang:

SILVER BAGWIS AWARD

1. Crown Ace Hardware and General Merchandise Inc (Main Store)

2. Crown Ace Hardware and General Merchandise Inc (Tabacuhan Branch)

3. Magiclub Incorporated (Department Store) – Sta. Cruz, Zambales

Para sa Bronze Bagwis Award naman ang Edmin Ref and Aircon Service Center ng Olongapo.

Sa kasalukuyan ay mayroon  nang 81 DTI Bagwis establishment awardees sa Olongapo City at lalawigang Zambales.

Ang mga nagsipagwagi naman sa Spoken Poetry Contest ay sina: 1st Place – Joshua Mas (DepEd Tayo Olongapo City Regional Science HS III); 2nd Place – Kianne Riezl Tizon of (San Guillermo National High School – 301029) at 3rd Place – Mark Daniel Toralba (St. Benilde Center for Global Competence Inc.).

At sa E-Guhit Poster Making Contest namana na sina: 1st Place – Alyssa Nicholclenze L. Guera (Columban College, Inc).; 2nd Place – Mary Louise Joy Ramirez (St. Benilde Center for Global) Competence Inc.; 3rd Place – Pauline E. Batinga (St. James School of Subic, Inc.)
