Cadet engineers of the Mantech Power Dynamics Service Inc. undergo a two-day standard first aid training conducted by the Philippine Red Cross-Zambales Chapter inside the Masinloc Power Plant located in Barangay Bani, Masinloc. Participants are under the Cadetship program of the said company and are all engineers in different categories. Under the cadetship program, they will be employed as trainees for 10 months until they graduate and assigned or hired to several companies under the San Miguel Global Power. (PRC photo)
