The Philippine Executive Road Cycling Club (PERC), a community of businesspeople and professionals who share the love for cycling, staged a two-day fundraising cycling race event in New Clark City this weekend called the PERC Road Race Series.
Proceeds of this 3-stage cycling event will benefit the beneficiaries of the Ang Hortaleza Foundation Inc. Day 1 is for stages 1 and 2, a 44-km Individual Time Trial (ITT) in New Clark City-SCTEX Access Road; and a 2.3-km criterium loop around the world-class New Clark City Athletics Stadium.
