Subic stakeholders join hands in planting mangrove propagules and clean-up drive at the Binictican Mangrove area in Subic Bay Freeport Friday, February 10. It was spearheaded by Subic-based and Central Luzon media organizations in cooperation with the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) and supported by government owned and controlled corporations such as the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), the Subic Clark Railway Project and the New Clark City.

A Philippine Navy contingent from the newly established naval operations base at the former Hanjin shipyard also supported the said activity along with several students of The Manila Times College of Subic.
