Members of the Philippine rescue contingent take a break while others gather near an improvised fireplace to protect themselves from freezing cold before continuing an urban search and rescue operation Sunday, February 12 in Adimayan City, Turkey. The 82-man team sent to earthquake-devastated Turkey to help in search and rescue operations had found five survivors from collapsed buildings and treated 14 outpatients, according to the latest reports from the Office of Civil Defense.

The team is composed of personnel from the Department of Health, Armed Forces of the Philippines, Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, and the OCD.
