BATAAN — The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) has formally entered into a Contract of Lease with KLUTCH Inc. for the lease, rehabilitation, renovation, and redevelopment of a commercial building located within the Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB).

The agreement was officially signed on March 5, 2026 by Hussein P. Pangandaman, Administrator and Chief Executive Officer of AFAB, and Dexter F. Mendigoria, President of KLUTCH Inc.

Under the contract, KLUTCH Inc. will undertake realty development activities on the leased property, including the rehabilitation and redevelopment of the existing commercial structure to support business operations within the freeport.

The partnership forms part of AFAB’s ongoing initiatives to strengthen infrastructure and promote business expansion within the Freeport Area of Bataan. By providing enterprises with strategic spaces for development, AFAB continues to foster investment opportunities and support economic growth within the FAB community.

AFAB said the project is expected to contribute to the continued development of the freeport, reinforcing its position as a growing hub for commerce and investment in the region.
