SUBIC BAY FREEPORT – A new two-storey branch of Starbucks with a drive-thru lane has officially opened along Rizal Highway in the Central Business District of the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, further expanding dining and lifestyle options for residents, workers, and visitors in the area.
The new Starbucks branch, developed by Pandabest Realty and Trading, Inc., represents an investment of ₱36.75 million and occupies a 1,700-square-meter area at a portion of Lot 75-A along Rizal Highway.

Designed to enhance the customer experience, the two-storey Starbucks store offers a larger and more comfortable space for guests. The branch features expanded seating areas and distinctive architectural elements that provide a modern and inviting environment for customers to relax, meet, or work while enjoying their favorite coffee beverages.
Officials from the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), led by Chairman and Administrator Eduardo Jose L. Aliño, joined property owners and stakeholders during the inauguration ceremony, marking another investment within the Freeport.
SBMA officials welcomed the new development, noting that continued investments in commercial establishments contribute to the economic vibrancy of the Subic Bay Freeport Zone while enhancing services and amenities available to the public.
The opening of the new Starbucks branch is expected to further strengthen the Freeport’s reputation as a growing hub for business, tourism, and lifestyle destinations in Central Luzon.
