The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB), through the FAB Enterprise Department – Registration Division (FED-RD), conducted a public consultation at the AFAB Auditorium to present its proposed Policy on Enterprise Leasing to FAB Enterprises (FEs).

The proposed policy outlines the rules and guidelines for leasing AFAB properties, including applications for lease and sublease, as well as other contract-related matters covering industrial and commercial areas under the FED-RD.

During the consultation, AFAB representatives discussed the key provisions of the policy and facilitated an open forum to address questions and concerns from participants.

The activity was attended by 50 representatives from enterprises directly leasing from AFAB, including those with subleasing arrangements. The proposed Policy on Enterprise Leasing was previously published in The Philippine Star on 22 December 2025.
