Clark Development Corporation (CDC) conducted a benchmarking visit to the Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB) regarding the trade processes, policies, and existing online systems of its counterpart office, the Enterprise Assistance Division of the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB).
During the visit, CDC observed AFAB’s established trade processes and practices, which served as valuable reference points for potential process improvements. The benchmarking activity also highlighted AFAB’s initiatives in promoting efficient and coordinated trade facilitation within the Freeport. Furthermore, the visit provided an opportunity to strengthen partnership and collaboration between AFAB and CDC, while supporting CDC’s ongoing efforts to enhance its trade systems. (PR)
