Six Regional Most Wanted Persons Arrested in Central Luzon Anti-Crime Operations

Pampanga — Six individuals listed among the Top Regional Most Wanted Persons (MWPs) were captured in a series of police operations across Central Luzon from December 1 to 4, 2025, as Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) intensified its warrant enforcement efforts.

On December 4 in San Simon, Pampanga, authorities arrested a 32-year-old fugitive ranked No. 7 in the Regional TTMWP list, No. 2 Provincial, and No. 4 Municipal. The suspect was served a no-bail arrest warrant for rape in a joint operation by PRO3 Cyber Patroller–RID 3, San Simon MPS, and other law enforcement units.

Earlier, on December 2, operatives of RID–RSOG apprehended the Top 4 Most Wanted Person (Regional and Provincial levels) in San Marcelino, Zambales. The suspect faces multiple warrants for violations of the Anti-Carnapping Act (RA 10883) and several counts of Estafa, including one case with no bail recommended.

In Apalit, Pampanga, police arrested a 62-year-old man on December 1. The suspect, ranked No. 8 Regional, No. 1 Provincial, and No. 5 Municipal TTMWP, was taken into custody by Apalit MPS with support from Pampanga PIU and PRO3 Cyber Patroller–RID 3. He is wanted under a no-bail warrant for Rape under Article 266-A, as amended by RA 8353 and RA 11648.

The same day in Casiguran, Aurora, authorities apprehended a 39-year-old man listed as Top 3 Regional MWP and Top 1 at both the provincial and municipal levels. He is wanted for Qualified Rape (no bail recommended) and Acts of Lasciviousness (₱200,000 bail recommended).

In Meycauayan City, Bulacan, police arrested the Top 5 Regional MWP, a 26-year-old male, by virtue of a no-bail warrant for Statutory Rape issued by RTC Branch 79 in Malolos City.

Also on December 1 in Morong, Bataan, the Top 10 Regional MWP — who is also Top 1 in both the provincial and municipal lists — was captured under a no-bail warrant for Rape in relation to RA 11648.

PRO3 Regional Director Police Brig. General Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr. commended the operating units for the successful series of manhunt operations.

“These suspects were tracked, located, and arrested through intelligence-based police operations. This is part of our commitment to pursue peace and order and ensure that offenders are held accountable,” RD Peñones Jr. said.

He added that the results support the PNP Focused Agenda, particularly the enhancement of police operations under the 3Ps Strategic Direction — Protect the People, Pursue Peace and Order, and Promote Professionalism.

PRO3 affirmed that manhunt and warrant enforcement operations will continue throughout December, targeting remaining Regional MWPs across Central Luzon as part of its heightened campaign against criminality. (Jason de Asis)
