The Philippines and India conducted their first-ever Maritime Cooperative Activity (MCA) in the West Philippine Sea, showcasing their commitment to enhancing maritime security and interoperability in the Indo-Pacific region.
BRP Jose Rizal (FF150), together with BRP Miguel Malvar FFG06 – PF, led the delegation from the Philippine Navy.
The two-day exercise concluded without any significant incidents wherein the Philippine and Indian navies demonstrated their ability to work together seamlessly, solidifying their defense partnership.
