The Philippine Air Force (PAF) and the United States Air Force (USAF) continue their joint Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response (HADR) operations, airlifting much-needed aid to typhoon-affected communities in Northern Luzon.
On July 31, 2025, USAF CV-22 and US Marine Corps MV-22 Osprey aircraft transported over 600 boxes of relief goods from Clark Air Base to Batanes. PAF ground personnel provided critical logistics coordination, security, and loading/unloading support—ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of the mission.
These HADR operations not only expedited the delivery of essential supplies to hard-hit areas but also reaffirmed the strong and enduring alliance between the Philippines and the United States—anchored in mutual support, operational readiness, and shared humanitarian values in times of crisis.
