RD Peñones Jr. inspires Private Security Sector at PADPAO General Assembly

PAMPANGA — Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) Regional Director Police Brig. General Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr. delivered a compelling keynote address during the General Assembly of the Philippine Association of Detective and Protective Agency Operators (PADPAO) held on July 15, 2025, at Royce Hotel, Clarkfield, Pampanga.

Peñones also encouraged a stronger collaboration between law enforcement and the private security industry to build safer communities.
