PAMPANGA — Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) Regional Director Police Brig. General Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr. delivered a compelling keynote address during the General Assembly of the Philippine Association of Detective and Protective Agency Operators (PADPAO) held on July 15, 2025, at Royce Hotel, Clarkfield, Pampanga.

“Every security personnel is more than just a guard—they are partners in peace and public safety,” Peñones said, adding that the contributions of the private security sector are often underappreciated despite their vital presence in everyday life.

He urged attendees to take pride in their profession and to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, vigilance, and compassion in carrying out their duties. Peñones also encouraged a stronger collaboration between law enforcement and the private security industry to build safer communities.
