The Philippine Fleet (PF) conferred new ranks to seven officers promoted to Lieutenant (LT) during the donning of rank ceremony presided over by PF Commander, Rear Adm. Joe Anthony Orbe, at the Naval Operating Base-Subic in Zambales on April 14.
The newly promoted officers are:

LT Androbert David PN
LT Mario Alexis Dela Cruz PN
LT Jillian Omac PN
LT James Edison Tuazon PN
LT Elmer Trinidad Jr PN
LT Marc Romie Valle PN
In his message, Orbe reminded the officers that leadership is “not about titles, but about how you empower and uplift those around you.” He also expressed full confidence in the newly promoted lieutenants to lead with dedication and resilience.
