SM City Olongapo Central and SM City Olongapo Downtown have once again demonstrated their unwavering commitment to education and community development through their participation in the annual Brigada Eskwela initiative. In collaboration with the Department of Education, SM Olongapo Malls have embarked on a remarkable endeavor to refurbish and revitalize schools within their respective areas.

At Olongapo City National High School, SM City Olongapo Central joined forces with dedicated employees and agency personnel to undertake a comprehensive transformation of the learning environment. Classroom walls and window grills were repainted and cleaned the surroundings to create a vibrant and conducive atmosphere for students. The initiative aimed to inspire and motivate young minds by providing them with an engaging educational space.

Meanwhile, SM City Olongapo Downtown adopted Sta. Rita Elementary School, where they dedicated their time and resources to clean and repaint classroom desks. This act of kindness and generosity from SM will undoubtedly have a profound impact on the school community, promoting a positive and hygienic learning environment.

The annual program of SM partnered with DepEd has been the traditional activity where SM employees devote their time to help clean, repaint and repair classrooms for the improvement of school facilities.(PR)
